We’re throwing another party this week on Hey Sis, Eat This to celebrate the most special of all birthday girls, our best friend since childhood, Elle Warren. Elle sits down with us to talk about her world famous bridal salon, Warren Barron Bridal, her husband's world famous BBQ restaurant, Sonny Bryan's and the world famous chef, Dean Fearing who created her wedding menu.
Since food has always played such an integral role in our 40 plus year relationship with Elle it only seemed fitting to take a trip down memory lane to discuss her lively childhood dinner table, favorite family recipes and of course her incredible Momma Jeannie!
While Jeannie had to keep the weekly meals on the blander side because of her husband, Charlie’s heart condition, we learn that the spice was served alongside the meal in the form of conversation. With two attorney parents, there was never a lack of flavor or variety when it came time to debate the nightly topic of discussion around the table.
From Tex Mex induced vomit fests to topless nights in our 20’s, there is no shortage of LOL stories as these 3 besties cover only a tiny slice of their rich and tasty history together. Elle is truly our sister and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome this hilarious woman to the podcast this week in celebration of her birthday and our beautiful friendship.
