Join sisters Alex Pfeifer and Sabrina Chazen as they bring the heat to this weeks episode of Hey Sis, Eat This. Fireworks explode as these two dynamic women dish out tales of meals, Momma, and memories from their vastly different perspectives.


Alex, a powerhouse in Los Angeles real estate, and Sabrina, a trendsetting fashion influencer, both share a drive for success and independence. Where they do differ is recounting what it was like around their dinner table given their "debatable" 7 year age gap.


The sisters fill us in on Momma Cathie who was an extraordinary homemaker who passed down her art of cooking and entertaining to Alex but Sabrina prefers Postmates. We learn that Cathie was the Queen of Casseroles and if you didn't know any better you would think she was a Texan from the taste of her Tamale pie.


Alex and Sabrina share that Momma Cathie always taught them to be kind and inclusive. Whether times were good or bad, everything can be fixed with a Momma Cathie casserole.
