Celebrity Chef Gina Clarke's version of a margarita is just as famous as her clientele...
The Ginarita
Why it's on our list
Next to our Dirty Sis Martini a margarita is our favorite cocktail. Gina Clarke, founder of Malibu Seaside Chef, has created one of the most tasty margs we've ever sipped. What makes it so unique and refreshing is the TEXAS Ruby Red grapefruits and fresh passion fruit. We despise sweet and sour mix and always opt for fresh lime juice when we make our signature margarita and this recipe offers the perfect balance of sweet and sour from the fresh fruits!
Gina is so beloved in the SoCal community for her amazing food and fun personality so much so that you can order the Ginarita at celebrity hotspot Nobu Malibu.
Just like her dishes, this marg has evolved over the years so we've included both versions!
